Can consider myself a person with big ambitions who travelled through four continents and very conscious of the challenges of our planet. Also an open person, with ambitious goals but, above all, concerned and motivated with team working where we are all just one.
I was always very empathetic, and throughout my life, I have adopted a figure of a good leader in my close circles. I guess this is supported by my sport career which obliged me to sacrifice since a very young age, to understand and believe in the value of the team and to look for excellence. I believe that thanks to them, my colleagues work very comfortable with me considering me a trustable person and a person to grow-up with. Other skills and competences of mine are organization, planning, time management, commitment as well as adaptability focused on the development of strategies in order to guarantee the adequate execution of everyday tasks.
The diversity and acceptance of all cultures is a topic that motivates me a lot, as well as working in very diversified teams with people of all profile in terms of age, country, culture, gender, politic and religious trends. Travelling is one of the best ways one gets to know aspects of other cultures and question one’s believes. I am a lucky man cause due to my sport career I have been to 33 countries and 4 continents, which has opened my mind a lot, allowing me to see that the truth is not just one, and it has different interpretations that are worth to understand. All these trips made me mature in a very positive way.
Currently, I am finished my degree in business communication, and started working in JTI where I am devoping my business communication skills. Corporate communication is a lever to drive all stakeholders, employees, customers, audience, and all supply chain, to move on the right way to achieve sustainable goals for the planet. We are facing big challenges as a community, and it's time for the young people to take a step forward. One of the most important levers I found in business communication is to communicate with passion.
